Bio

Brian Corbett was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. He graduated from Wayne Christian School in 1996 and attended Wayne Community College for two years. Brian transferred to ECU in the fall of 1999, earning his Exercise and Sport Science degree. After college, Brian followed his curiosity of real estate into gaining his real estate broker's license in 2003. He began his career in real estate as a buyers agent learning the local market, negotiating skills, and customer service while helping buyers find their dream home!

After a few years in the real estate sales business, Brian began Flagship Property Management (now Flagship Realty Group) in November 2007. After a year of slowly growing and learning the property management business, he accelerated his knowledge of real estate investing. Brian has grown the business year after year while focusing on exceptional customer service to both the property owner and the tenant in each transaction. Being a property owner and investor himself has aided in helping incorporate technology and policies and procedures that can be beneficial and fair to real estate investors as well as maintaining the professionalism and character of an efficient property management business.

Brian continues to grow his real estate portfolio by purchasing investment properties, flipping homes, and consulting on property management and real estate.

Brian is married to his lovely wife Ashley Corbett and has a little boy that is very active in his youth sports named Kendall. Some of their family hobbies include Kendall's sports, competition bbq as Smokin Skullies BBQ competition team, and many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, beach time, etc.

Bio

Kelly Lilley Williams was born & raised in Winterville, NC. She graduated from D.H. Conley High School in 2000. Kelly started working in a real estate office as an agent's personal assistant in 1997. After spending years as a personal assistant for a local real estate professional she decided to pursue obtaining her own real estate license in 2005. Since obtaining her license Kelly has worked in many aspects of the real estate business including foreclosures, investment properties, buyers/sellers and administrative. Kelly is currently the office manager of Flagship Property Management and has been since 2009.

Kelly is the mother of two loving girls, MacKenzie & Christa. They are both active in Pitt County Schools. MacKenzie enjoys Taekwondo and is involved in youth activities at Open Door Church. Christa is very active in youth sports and well as school activities.

Bio

Alyssa Hanzl was born and raised in Northwest New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina in 2015 to attend East Carolina University. She graduated in December 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.

Alyssa's journey with Flagship Realty Group began in 2017 when she joined the company as a Marketing Intern. Over the years, she has grown alongside the organization, serving in several leadership roles before becoming Operations Manager in 2021. In her current role, Alyssa focuses on improving processes and efficiency, supporting the company's teams, overseeing marketing initiatives, and helping ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout every stage of their real estate experience.

In 2025, Alyssa earned her North Carolina real estate license and quickly discovered a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or families preparing for their next chapter, she enjoys building relationships and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Having called Eastern North Carolina home for more than a decade, Alyssa loves sharing her knowledge of the area and helping others discover all that the region has to offer. When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with friends and family, enjoying life on the water, exploring the Crystal Coast, or making memories with her fiancé and their two dogs, Roy and Fisher. Sherri Lane was born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina, where she has proudly owned and operated a small business for more than 25 years. Her deep roots in the community and passion for helping others have made her a trusted resource for local families and homeowners.

In 2014, Sherri earned her real estate license from JY Monk Real Estate School in Greenville, NC, and began her career in real estate. She spent four years working as a personal assistant to a top-producing agent, gaining valuable industry experience before launching her own successful real estate career.

Hannah has called Eastern North Carolina home since she was two years old and graduated from Pungo Christian Academy in 2014. Hannah joined Flagship in December 2023 and serves as the Owner & Tenant Associate. She works closely with tenants throughout Pitt County and the surrounding areas and truly enjoys helping create a smooth and positive rental experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Hannah stays busy with her son, Lawson, who keeps life full of fun and adventure. When she has free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing volleyball whenever she can. Hannah loves building connections with people, both professionally and personally, and takes pride in bringing positive, welcoming energy to everything she does.

Taylor Quinn is a passionate maintenance coordinator and a proud dog mom who believes that life is always better with a furry companion by your side. In addition to her dedication to her career and over 6 years of maintenance coordination experience, Taylor has a serious love for Mexican food. José Barbosa-Rijos was born on February 4, 2003, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and spent the first ten years of his life there before moving to the United States. Growing up between two cultures has given him adaptability, resilience, and a love for new experiences.

Now living in LaGrange, North Carolina, José is working on getting into flight school, following his lifelong passion for flying. He hopes to earn his pilot’s license one day and see where the skies can take him.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, José enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. In his free time, he loves country music, traveling, and taking good care of his car, little things that bring him joy and let him unwind.

Bio

Jimmy Cuccurello serves as Maintenance Coordinator for Flagship Realty Group, bringing a diverse background in education, construction, renovations, and property maintenance to the team.

Born in Smithfield and raised in Selma and Wilson's Mills, Jimmy graduated from Neuse Charter School in 2017 before earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from East Carolina University in 2021. Following graduation, he spent a year teaching at J.H. Rose High School, where he developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

In 2023, Jimmy transitioned into the renovation and construction industry, working with ABC Home Solutions, LLC on residential renovation projects. His hands-on experience expanded further through his work at Pantana Bob's, where he filled multiple roles while performing maintenance, repairs, upkeep, and facility improvements. Most recently, he played a key role in the renovation of AJ McMurphy's from 2024 to 2025.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jimmy has remained active with East Carolina University's Club Wrestling program, serving as an Assistant Coach since 2022. His dedication to teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement carries over into every aspect of his work.

An avid outdoorsman, Jimmy enjoys spending his free time fishing, hunting, kayaking, and exploring Eastern North Carolina's waterways and natural areas. When he's not coordinating maintenance projects or tackling renovation projects, you'll likely find him outdoors with his dog, Milo, or at home with his two cats, Hotch and Archibald.
